Tanner Nunn is the Director of Operations for AMT Financial and a Licensed Insurance Agent in the state of Texas. Based in Austin with a background in technology consulting with Fortune 100 companies, Tanner’s passion at AMT is all about strategy. He has a knack for helping AMT clients navigate obstacles and solve problems that may have been preventing them from achieving their overall financial goals. Whether he’s creating efficiencies for AMT Financial to best serve their clients or working with clients directly to ensure they are making the most strategic decisions for their finances, Tanner loves chatting with folks to understand their goals and help them break down those goals into manageable and achievable milestones.

Tanner earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from The University of Texas at Austin with three minors (Government, Spanish, and Linguistics). After his college career, Tanner spent seven years working with Fortune 100 companies in the fast-paced technology sector, specifically acting as an Operations Manager and an Enterprise Account Executive for a global technology consulting company at its Headquarters in Austin. Tanner left consulting to join forces with his Mom and family and has discovered an unbelievable sense of respect for the financial industry and has felt compelled to help people understand the nuances that make this industry so challenging.

Outside of the office, you can find Tanner playing grass volleyball at Zilker park or playing tennis at one of the Austin tennis centers, walking his German Shepherd Axel around Lady Bird Lake, practicing yoga, or reading and writing at a local coffee shop.
